Barrow County EMS Community Assessment Report 2017
Barrow County provides Emergency Medical Services on a County-wide basis and currently operates six (6) Advanced Life Support ambulances strategically located around the County. Each of these ambulances are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and crewed by certified Emergency Medical Technicians (Intermediate) and Paramedics. The Barrow County EMS Community Assessment Report is prepared by the Emergency Services Department and examines ambulance response time data throughout each of the twenty response zones. This data, along with other measures, will be used by management and the Board of Commissioners to ensure the most effective and efficient delivery of emergency medical services throughout the County.
